The Hitman Blues Band & The New York City Horns

The Hitman Blues Band is gaining worldwide recognition. Their previous release, “Pale Rider”, was in the running for four Grammy nominations. “Two Minute Warning” (from “Angel In The Shadows”) is available as an add-on to RockBand. The new release “Blues Enough” is generating even more excitement!

They’ve had five successful tours of the U.K. and one in Europe, playing at clubs and festivals including the Great British R&B Festival at Colne, the Eel Pie Club, The Limelight Theater, the BluesExpress Festival in Luxembourg, the Maryport Blues Festival (Main Stage), Blues Bar Tring and many others. Of course, at home in the U.S. they’ve played up and down the eastern seaboard, working clubs and festivals as a four piece or with their new horn section added.

A live show that engages the audience with great musicianship, great music, and a liberal dose of humor.

The Krissy Matthews Band

British/Norwegian Krissy Matthews is one of the most exciting guitarist to come on the scene this side of the millennium. From BBC Maida Vale to The Cavern, Tanzbrunnen to Loreley and Ronnie Scott’s to Festa Avante, by the age of 23, Krissy Matthews has performed over 1000 concerts thrilling audiences with his mind blowing concerts in the most prestigious venues across the globe.

Krissy performed as a guest at the Blues Bar Tring’s Christmas Brew in 2015 and set the stage alight (not literally).

Storm Warning

Storm Warning3

UK blues band Storm Warning playing interesting original contemporary blues and blues standards played the Storm Warning way.

Storm Warning have earned a reputation as one of the UK’s best and individual blues bands with the vocals and blues harp of Son Maxwell and the sublime guitar playing of Bob Moore. In their 10 year history, the band has featured several times on BBC Radio 2 as well as other radio stations in the UK, Europe and USA.

“Soulful gut-bucket groove that’s half hard times, half good-time-all-the-time….. they delve deep into breezy jazz, fiery rock or smoky R&B,
but the blues always call them back.” Classic Rock

“Sublime piece of modern electric blues, cool and sophisticated…..
just about as good as it gets and totally on the button!! Brilliant!!”
